1. PARTIES
This Agreement has been signed between the parties specified below, under the conditions specified below.

By accepting this agreement, the BUYER acknowledges in advance that he/she is obliged to pay the order amount and any additional fees (shipping fees, tax, etc.) if he/she confirms the order subject to the agreement, and declares that he/she has been informed about this.
2. DEFINITIONS
This agreement’s application and interpretation of the below-written terms are expressed with their explanations:
• MINISTER: Minister of Customs and Trade,
• MINISTRY: Ministry of Customs and Trade,
• LAW: Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection,
• REGULATION: Regulation on Distance Contracts (OG: 27.11.2014/29188),
• SERVICE: Any consumer transaction that is made or promised to be made in return for a fee or benefit, except for the supply of goods,
• SELLER: The company that presents goods to the consumer in the name or on behalf of the seller in the course of commercial or professional activities,
• BUYER: A natural or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from the goods or services for non-commercial purposes,
• SITE: The website belonging to the SELLER,
• CUSTOMER: A natural or legal person requesting goods or services through the SELLER's website,
• PARTIES: SELLER and BUYER,
• AGREEMENT: This agreement concluded between SELLER and BUYER,
• GOODS: Movable property subject to the shopping, software prepared for use in an electronic environment, audio, image, and similar intangible goods.
3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the provisions of the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product for which the BUYER has placed an order electronically on the SELLER’s website, the qualities and sale price of which are specified.
The prices listed and announced on the site are selling prices. The announced prices and commitments are valid until they are updated and changed. The prices announced for a specific period are valid until the end of the specified period.

7. PRODUCT/PRODUCTS INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT
1. The basic features of the product/service (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) have been published on the SELLER's website. If the seller has organized a campaign, the basic features of the related product can be accessed during the campaign. The campaign duration is valid.
2. The prices announced on the site are selling prices. The announced prices and commitments are valid until they are updated. The prices announced for a specific period are valid until the end of the specified period.
3. The sales price of the goods or services subject to the agreement, including all taxes, is stated below:

4. The shipping fee of the product will be paid by the BUYER.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1. The BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that he/she has read the preliminary information regarding the basic features of the product, selling price, payment method, and delivery information available on the SELLER's website and has provided the necessary electronic consent. The BUYER acknowledges that he/she has received the address, the basic features of the ordered products, the prices of the products, and the payment and delivery information correctly and completely as required by the SELLER before the conclusion of the contract.
9.2. Each product subject to the contract will be delivered to the BUYER or to the indicated person / organization within the period stated in the preliminary information section on the SELLER's website, depending on the distance to the BUYER's residence, but not exceeding 30 days. If the product cannot be delivered within this period, the BUYER has the right to terminate the contract.
9.3. The SELLER undertakes to deliver the product subject to the contract in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and in a complete and flawless manner with warranty certificates, usage manuals, and in compliance with legal regulations. Additionally, the SELLER must exercise due diligence to enhance service quality and provide all the necessary information and documents required for the work.
9.4. The SELLER may provide an equivalent quality and price product in case the product is not available, with the consent of the BUYER.
9.5. In cases where the ordered product cannot be supplied, the SELLER will inform the BUYER in writing within 3 business days and will refund the product price to the BUYER within 14 days.
9.6. The BUYER agrees that he/she will electronically approve this Agreement for the delivery of the product and if the product price is not paid for any reason, or is canceled in bank records, the SELLER's obligation to deliver will cease.
9.7. After the product has been delivered, in cases where the product price is not paid due to the misuse of the BUYER’s credit card, the relevant bank or financial institution will not pay the product price to the SELLER, the BUYER will return this amount to the SELLER within 3 days.
9.8. The SELLER will inform the BUYER about delays or obstacles that occur during the delivery of the product, and the BUYER may request the product to be changed or the delivery period to be extended. If the BUYER cancels the order, he/she will receive the amount paid back within 14 days.
9.9. The BUYER may be informed using the SELLER's contact information (email, phone, etc.).
9.10. The BUYER must inspect the product before delivery. If the product is damaged or the packaging is broken, this product should not be accepted.
9.11. If the BUYER and the credit card owner are different persons, identification details of the credit card owner and credit card statement may be requested.
9.12. The BUYER acknowledges that the personal information provided is correct and will compensate the SELLER for any damages caused by incorrect information.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may use the right of withdrawal without giving any reason and without paying a penalty within 14 (fourteen) days from the day he/she received the goods after the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient for the BUYER to send a withdrawal notification to the SELLER. This notification should be made in writing (for example, by letter, fax, or email). In the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the BUYER's name-surname, order number, delivery address, phone number, invoicing information, and communication information should be specified.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products and services:
• Products that are custom-made for the consumer or products that have been unsealed and are not resalable for hygienic reasons (for example, underwear, cosmetics, software products, etc.)
• Products that have been used and damaged after delivery from the order date.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the invoice of the product must be returned, and the BUYER must return the product in its original packaging along with all its accessories to the SELLER. Shipping costs are borne by the BUYER.
11. PRODUCT EXCHANGE AND RETURN
The BUYER may communicate the request for exchange or return to the SELLER if he/she wishes to return the product before exercising the right of withdrawal. If the SELLER accepts the request, the product exchange or return will be carried out.
The returned product must be sent back in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged. The product must not be used. Otherwise, the product will not be accepted for return.
12. PRODUCT RESPONSIBILITY
The SELLER is responsible for providing the usage instructions, warranty certificates, and quality documents of the products it offers for sale, accurately and completely, along with its suppliers and manufacturers.
13. SECURITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal information of the BUYER will only be used by the SELLER for the purpose of fulfilling the order and processing payment transactions. This information will not be shared with third parties and may only be shared with official authorities within the framework of legal obligations.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights, including all content, graphics, writings, logos, and brands on the SELLER's website, belong to the SELLER. These contents should not be used in any way without the consent of the BUYER.
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of any disputes arising from this agreement, the Kuşadası Courts and Enforcement Offices shall be authorized in accordance with Turkish law.
16. EFFECTIVENESS
This agreement becomes effective when the BUYER confirms the order and pays the order amount online. By approving this agreement, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted the terms of the agreement.
17. OTHER PROVISIONS
• The SELLER is obliged to provide all the information and documents necessary for the fulfillment of the order.
• If the SELLER fails to fulfill its obligations, measures such as refunding the product price to the BUYER may be taken.
• If delays occur in the delivery of the product due to force majeure, the delivery time may be extended.
