GENERAL PROVISIONS
• When you place an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
• Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) in the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
• The shipping costs of the product will be covered by the buyer.
• Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization specified by the buyer, provided it does not exceed the legal 30-day period. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.
• The purchased product must be delivered in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, complete and with any warranty certificate and user manual if available.
• If it is understood that the purchased product cannot be provided, the seller is obliged to inform the buyer in writing within 3 days. The product fee must be refunded within 14 days at the latest.
IF THE PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID
If the buyer does not pay the order amount or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product will cease.
IN CASE OF UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD
If it is determined that the payment was made by unauthorized persons who do not belong to the buyer after the product is delivered, and the bank does not pay the seller, the buyer is obliged to pay for the product within 3 days using a different payment method.
PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE DELIVERED DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE
If the product cannot be delivered on time due to unforeseen force majeure by the seller, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, substitution with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed.
If the buyer cancels the order; the amount paid will be refunded in cash within 14 days. For payments made by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the bank within 14 days of cancellation. It may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer this amount to the buyer's account.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT
The buyer must check the product before receiving it; damaged products such as dented, broken, or torn packaging should not be accepted. Products that are received are considered intact.
If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must not be used and must be returned with its invoice.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the purchased product within 14 (fourteen) days, without any legal or penal responsibility, without stating any reason. The right of withdrawal must be communicated to the seller through the contact information below.

CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
• To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused and undamaged.
• The invoice, box, packaging, and any standard accessories must be returned in full with the product.
The seller refunds the product price no later than 10 days after receiving the notice of exercising the right of withdrawal and collects the product within 20 days.
CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED
• Products that are personalized at the request of the buyer or products that are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons.
• Cosmetic and personal care products with opened packaging.
• Electronic content or digital products that are performed immediately.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
You can make your payments in TL via bank transfer/EFT.
You can make a single payment or installment payment by credit card on our site. Your payment will be collected after the order confirmation.
